Verse 241

पञ्च मा राजन्यबन्धुः प्रश्नानप्राक्षीत्ते-षां नैकंचनाशकं विवक्तुमिति स होवा-च यथा मा त्वं तदैतानवदो तथाहमेषांनैकंचन वेद यद्यहमिमानवेदिष्यं कथं तेनावक्ष्यमिति ॥ ५ ॥

In plain words

"That king asked me five questions, and I could not answer a single one of them." The father replied, "My son, just as you have told me these questions now, I must tell you that I do not know the answer to even one of them. If I had known them, why would I not have taught them to you?"

"That kṣatriya asked me five questions; of them, I was not able to explain even one." He indeed said, "Just as you then spoke these to me, so I do not know even one of these. If I had known these, how would I not have spoken them to you?"
