In plain words

Moreover, the text 'A chariot drawn by mules... proceeds following you' is explained: a mule-chariot is a carriage yoked with two mules, and a gold-necklace with maids consists of gold ornaments together with female attendants. The interpretation of 'atsyannam' and what follows is identical to the previous section. However, the eye of Vaiśvānara is Savitṛ (the sun). Because of meditating upon it with complete understanding, you would have become blind—lacking sight—had you not come to me, exactly as stated before.

Close to the Sanskrit

Furthermore, a chariot yoked with two female mules proceeds following you—a mule-chariot; a gold-necklace with maids—equipped with maidservants, a necklace, a maid-necklace. 'atsyannam' etc. is the same. But the eye of Vaiśvānara is Savitṛ. From the worship of that with total understanding, you would have become blind—deprived of sight—if you had not come to me, as before.
