In plain words

Because this hymn has made sarvātmatva — being the Ātman of all — plain, through śravaṇa of it, manana on its meaning, Dhyāna, and saṅkīrtana, Īśvaratva would arise of itself, accompanied by the great vibhūti of sarvātmatva. That unobstructed aiśvarya would then be attained, unfolded eightfold.

Close to the Sanskrit

Since sarvātmatva has been made plain in this hymn, by śravaṇa of it, by manana on its meaning, and by Dhyāna and saṅkīrtana, Īśvaratva would arise of itself, accompanied by the great vibhūti of sarvātmatva; and further, that same aiśvarya, unfolded eightfold, would be attained unobstructed.
