In plain words

Along the pathway that lifts from the mūlādhāra, she fills the solar centre, the lunar centre, and the opening at the crown that belongs to Brahmā, and her whole body blazes with that free ascent. Subtler than anything called subtle — this is she. Bliss is her very form. Gaurī, Mother, lotus-eyed: her I praise.

By the pathway risen from the mūlādhāra, having pervaded Brahmā's aperture, the solar and the lunar, her whose limbs blaze with that roaming — she who is this one, of a body subtler than the subtle — her, whose nature is bliss, Gaurī, Mother, lotus-eyed, I praise.
