In plain words
Countless are those who carry the very name of Īśatva — lordship — and are stained by it all the same. Brahmā and the rest fall before Pralaya, Bhava after Bhava. But one alone stands apart, Mother, fixed forever in Siddhi: whoever has bowed at your feet in Praṇati, even a single time.

How many are there who, though bearing the name Īśatva, are not stained by it? Brahmā and the rest are overcome by Pralaya with every Bhava. One alone, O Mother, abides in stable Siddhi: he who even once makes Praṇati at your feet.
