In plain words
Her feet, hands, breasts, and face bloom with the tender grace of lotuses; her radiant hips are girded with ruby gems; her footstool is formed of the five jewels from Brahmā to Sadāśiva. She is the lotus-goddess, Praṇava itself — the sacred syllable Oṃ. Within my mind, I meditate upon her, the Supreme Deity.
Close to the Sanskrit
She who has lotus-splendour at her feet, hands like tender shoots, breasts, and face like a lotus; who is the woman with hips adorned by girdles of ruby-gems; whose footstool is of five jewels permeating from Padmasaṃbhava to Sadāśiva; the lotus-goddess, the form of Praṇava—her do I contemplate in the mind as the supreme deity.
