। ॥ २१६ ॥
In plain words
The deaf, the blind, the lame, the mute; the tall ones, the stunted ones, and the ones who looked like everybody else — Brahmā looked, and every single one of them, calves and cowherd boys together, stood there four-armed. He had become them all.
Close to the Sanskrit
The deaf, the blind, the lame and the mute, the tall, the short, and those alike in form — all of them, together with the calves and the cowherd boys, were seen by Brahmā as four-armed, by Him.
