। ॥ ९३ ॥
In plain words
In a house packed solid with darkness, set a blazing lamp on the floor, and over it place a pot pierced with five holes, mouth turned down. Then outside the pot, all the way around, one at each hole, lay these down: a flawless vīṇā, musk, a genuine gem, a fan — set there to meet the beams of light that come streaming out by the only road they have, the five holes of the pot.
Close to the Sanskrit
Inside a house of dense darkness, having set a blazing lamp on the floor of the ground, one should place over it a pot with five holes, its mouth turned downward. And outside that pot, all around, hole by hole, one should lay down a spotless vīṇā, and musk, a genuine gem, and a fan — for those [rays] going out by way of the path of the pot's holes.
