In plain words

As he walks, the seeker remembers, ‘I am a wave in the ocean of Ātma, the Self.’ Seated among objects of sense, he knows himself as a jewel strung on the thread of Saṃvit, pure consciousness. Lying down, he rests in the recognition that Ātma alone reveals him. Rooted within and immersed in an ocean of bliss, the seeker of Mokṣa lives out his days this way.

Close to the Sanskrit

While walking, he reflects, ‘I am a wave in the ocean of Ātma—the Self.’ While seated and perceiving sense objects, ‘I am a jewel threaded on the cord of Saṃvit, consciousness.’ While lying down, ‘I am seen through the beholding of Ātma.’ Immersed in the ocean of bliss and established within, that seeker of Mokṣa truly spends his embodied life in this way.
