In plain words
An utterly unreal pleasure with a dream-woman can still produce a physical emission; this is plainly seen. So too the world shines as though real although its cause is unreal. In the dream the man is real, but the woman and their union are false; nevertheless semen stains the garment in the morning. The whole event is rooted in imagination.
Close to the Sanskrit
Even from the utterly unreal happiness of union with a dream-woman, there is a seminal emission; that is to be seen. Similarly this world shines as having an unreal cause yet appearing real. In the dream the man is real, the young woman here is false indeed, and the union of these two; in the morning the staining of the garment by semen—since thus this is rooted in imagination.
