In plain words

Every part of a lump of jaggery is sweet; every part of camphor gives itself as fragrance. So this whole universe of trees, mountains, cities, gardens and shrines is the flowering of one consciousness. When the display has reached its end, Ātma—the Self—alone is left.

Close to the Sanskrit

The whole extent of a lump of jaggery is sweetness; the whole extent of a piece of camphor, as it diffuses, is fragrance. So far as the universe shines—lovely with trees, mountains, cities, gardens and shrines—one consciousness alone unfolds. At the end, Ātma alone remains.
