In plain words

Even Indra and Indrāṇī, after enjoying sexual union to the full, pass at its end into deep sleep. This profound stillness, dense with Ānanda, is called Ānandakośa, the bliss-sheath. Nothing is known while one is absorbed in that unsurpassable happiness, and waking brings distress. A discerning person therefore leaves the sleeper undisturbed.

Close to the Sanskrit

For Indra and Indrāṇī, delighting fully in sexual pleasure, deep sleep comes at the end of intercourse. Its exceedingly profound state, dense with Ānanda or bliss, is Ānandakośa—the bliss-sheath. There one knows nothing while dissolving into unsurpassable happiness, and would be miserable if awakened; therefore a discerning person should not awaken one who sleeps.
