। ॥ ८९ ॥

In plain words

Prāṇa settled in the body, moving as five Vṛttis or currents and governing every sense organ, keeps the whole business of body after body going—clearly, without pause. It does so only because the mass of consciousness simply is. I am that, the witness of everything: Prāṇa within Prāṇa, the eye behind the eye, in every embodied being.

Close to the Sanskrit

Prāṇa, abiding in the body and consisting of five Vṛttis or functions, is lord of all the senses and ceaselessly performs every activity in body after body through the mere presence of that mass of consciousness. I am that witness of all. This is the Prāṇa of Prāṇa, the eye of the eye, in every embodied being.
