। ॥ ६१ ॥

In plain words

The seeds of the aṅkola fall and go back to their tree. The needle springs to the magnet. The faithful wife turns to her husband, the vine to the tree, the river to the sea. When the mind moves like that — when it goes to the two lotus feet of Paśupati and simply stays there, always — that is what is called bhakti.

Close to the Sanskrit

Just as here the succession of its own seeds reaches the aṅkola tree, the needle the magnet-stone, the faithful wife her own lord, the creeper the tree grown from the earth, the river the beloved of rivers — so too, when the mind's movement, having approached the pair of lotus feet of Paśupati, always remains there, that is called bhakti.
