। ॥ १२ ॥

In plain words

His crest shines with the moon; he is the destroyer of Smara—the god of desire—and the bearer of the Gaṅgā: Śaṅkara. Serpents adorn his throat and the hollows of his ears, and Vaiśvānara, fire, springs from his eye. He wears elephant hide as a beautiful garment and is the essence of the three worlds—Hara. For Mokṣa, liberation, hold the Citta-vṛtti, the mind's movement, unwavering upon him. What use are all other Karmas, all other acts?

On him whose crest is made radiant by the moon, on the destroyer of Smara—the god of desire—on the bearer of the Gaṅgā, on Śaṅkara; on him whose throat and ear-hollows are adorned with serpents, on him in whom Vaiśvānara—fire—arose from the eye; on him who wears a beautiful garment made of elephant hide, on the essence of the three worlds, on Hara—for the sake of Mokṣa—liberation—make the Citta-vṛtti—the mind's movement—unmoving; but what is the use of other Karmas—actions?
