। ॥ १०३ ॥

In plain words

The dot above the syllable Īṃ—that is her face. The two dots below are her breasts. Her heart-portion is drawn as a line. Nowhere in the three worlds is this whole form reached except through the guru. Worship her this way inwardly, the Goddess whose very nature is kāmakalā, and may the good person, plunged into the ocean of bliss, find rapture there.

Close to the Sanskrit

The dot resting above the syllable Īṃ is the face, and the pair of dots below are the two breasts, and the heart-portion, which is line-shaped — this whole thing, in the three worlds, is reachable only through the guru. Thus, worshipping within the Goddess whose very nature is kāmakalā, let the good person obtain rapture in the plunge into the ocean of bliss.
