In plain words

Rice as white as jasmine buds, heaped in a golden bowl — the food is pure, the food is clean. Beside it, dals cooked from mung, black gram, and chickpea. Rich buffalo ghee, the best there is, poured without stinting, and butter churned from yesterday's milk, each in its own dish. It is all set before you, Paraśivā. Take it.

Close to the Sanskrit

This boiled rice, equal to jasmine buds, resting in a golden vessel; food that is pure, clean; and likewise the soups produced from mung bean, black gram, and chickpea; this abundant buffalo ghee, of the finest grade, and butter from the previous day's milk — presented in separate vessels: O Supreme Śivā, accept all of that.
