In plain words
Your arms are lotus-stalks, your hands the flowers at their tips. Light runs along them in a flickering net. Their beauty is spotless and shines out at play, and Śiva's eyes cannot hold still before them. O Devī, O Durgā — on those two arms, let me set these two bracelets of gold, blazing with the rays of jewel after jewel.
