In plain words
"He is the womb this universe came from" — read it that way. Or read it: "He is the universe, and He is its source too." Either way the name is Viśvayoniḥ. And again and again He takes up residence in bodies as the knower of the field — so, Punarvasuḥ, the one who dwells over and over.
Close to the Sanskrit
"He is the source of this [universe]" — thus; or "He is the universe and He is the source" — thus: Viśvayoniḥ. Again and again He dwells in bodies in the form of the knower of the field — thus, Punarvasuḥ.
