In plain words

The body, the senses, the breath, the mind, the ego, and everything derived from them; sense-objects, pleasure and its kin; the elements starting with space; this whole universe, right up to and including the unmanifest itself - none of it, not one part of it, is the Self.

Close to the Sanskrit

The body, senses, vital breath, mind, ego, and so on — all these modifications, the sense-objects, pleasure and the rest, the elements beginning with space, and this entire universe up to the unmanifest — all this indeed is non-Self.
