In plain words

Everything in a dream — the place, the time, the people and things, even the one who seems to be experiencing it all — turns out to be false the moment you wake. The waking world is no different: it, too, is only a production of your own ignorance. So this body, these senses, this breath, this 'I' — none of it is finally real. Which is why: you are That — peaceful, stainless, the one supreme reality without a second.

Close to the Sanskrit

Just as everything imagined in a dream — place, time, objects, the knower, and so on — is false, likewise, here too, in the waking state, the world [is false], because it is an effect of one's own ignorance. Since this being so, this body, senses, vital breath, ego, and so on are also unreal — therefore, thou art That, the tranquil, stainless, non-dual Brahman which is supreme.
