। ॥ २९० ॥
In plain words
Become, as Being itself, the self-luminous ground beneath everything. And let go of both the vast universe and this small body-universe alike, the way you'd set down a soiled, filthy vessel.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having become, with the nature of Being, the self-luminous substratum [yourself], let both the macrocosm (brahmāṇḍa) and the microcosm (the individual body) be abandoned, like a vessel of filth.
