। ॥ ३४० ॥
In plain words
Nothing, in the end, frees you from bondage like the recognition that you are the Self of all. And that recognition comes precisely when you stop grasping at what appears before you, and instead rest steadily in your true Self.
Close to the Sanskrit
In every way, there is no cause of release from bondage higher than the state of being the Self of all. This [state] arises for him, when there is non-grasping of the visible, through steadfast abidance in the true Self.
