In plain words

Even a man consumed by lust feels no lust toward his own mother — desire simply doesn't stir there. In exactly the same way, once Brahman, that complete bliss, is truly known, the wise mind stops reaching for anything else at all.

Close to the Sanskrit

Just as the desire-inclination of even an extremely lustful man is checked toward his own mother, so too, once Brahman — full of bliss — is known, [the mind's inclination toward objects is checked] for the wise man.
