In plain words

To the world he looks like a fool one day, a scholar the next; sometimes he seems to carry the splendor of a king, sometimes he seems lost and bewildered, sometimes simply gentle; sometimes he lies as still as a python, taking whatever comes. People honor him, or they despise him, or they never notice him at all. Through all of it he wanders on, quietly and constantly happy with the highest bliss there is.

Sometimes a fool, sometimes a scholar; sometimes possessed of a great king's majesty; sometimes wandering confused, sometimes gentle; sometimes behaving like a python; sometimes honored, sometimes despised, sometimes entirely unknown - thus the wise one wanders, ever happy with supreme bliss.
