In plain words
Suppose someone insists bondage and freedom must come down to whether a veil of ignorance is there or not. But there is no veil at all over Brahman - Brahman is simply unveiled, because nothing other than Brahman exists to cast one. And if such a veil did exist, non-duality itself would collapse - and scripture will not stand for two realities where there is only one.
Close to the Sanskrit
If bondage and release must be explained by the presence or absence of a covering [of ignorance] - there is no covering whatsoever of Brahman, [Brahman being] uncovered, since nothing other [than Brahman] exists [to cause one]. If it existed, there would be a loss of non-duality; the scripture does not tolerate duality.
