। ॥ ७६ ॥
In plain words
The elements blend together, each lending a portion of itself to the others, and in that mingling they turn gross, becoming the very stuff of this body. Their finer essences, meanwhile, become the five objects of sense — sound and the rest — laid out for the experiencer's enjoyment.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having become mixed together by mutual portions, the elements become gross and are the causes of the gross body; their subtle essences become the five sense-objects — sound and the rest — for the enjoyer's pleasure.
