Passage 11

In plain words

If you ask what God's stories are like: wondrous, holy, sickles to the creeper of worldly existence. Divinity is made of principles such as these. It is

made of Śabda Brahman, of all that moves and is still, of light, of speech, of eternal Ānanda, of what is beyond the highest, of Māyā, of Śrī.

This divinity is the principle that is the form of the eight kinds of wealth. All this Prakṛti is filled with the eight kinds of wealth!

Every man has come forth as man to make manifest the divine supreme principle

Embodiments of Prema! What is creation? Creation is the manifestation of the will of the Lord. Its name is Prakṛti. Every man born in Prakṛti must come to have the very qualities of the Paramātma. Is a tiger born from the womb of an elephant? Or is a deer born from the womb of a tiger? In the same way, in the divine that has come from the divine only divinity must come forth, not demonic nature or animal nature. Humanness without compassion is no humanness at all. Humanness without Prema is no humanness at all. So every man has taken human form to make manifest the divine supreme principle. That is why Jesus too said, first of all, ‘I am the messenger of God.’ He came to proclaim the divine to the whole world. So, a messenger. Every man too is a messenger! But man is forgetting it. They are turning into Mis engines. That is, they are giving up recognising their own true nature. Instead, they are leading their lives down many paths. Only when you recognise, ‘When can I become a messenger of God?’ can you grow into a son of God. Only when you enter the bond called son of God do you come to the oneness of ‘I and My father are one’. The fruit of this oneness is the Holy Ghost; this is what they called ‘the Turīya state’.
