In plain words
Beyond the guṇas, beyond action, eternal, beyond all wavering of thought, stainless, changeless, formless, ever free, pure.
Embodiments of Prema!
God is beyond the guṇas and has no cause. He has neither form nor change. He is beyond resolving and wavering. He is eternal, pure, awake, free of all bondage.
The whole universe is filled with Hari; Hari fills the universe; of this there is no doubt; a thing not filled with Hari, not one atom of it is there on earth, look as you may.
Inside us and outside, air is everywhere. But the eye cannot see it. The hand cannot catch it. Can one say, on that account alone, that there is no air? Without air, how could one have lived at all? To say there is no air is surely to say that one does not exist oneself! God is all-pervading. God fills every place. He is beyond place, time and person.
There is no place in the world without Manas
In every place where Manas roams, in all those places, God is present. Nowhere in the world is a place without Manas to be seen. That is why they said, ‘Mano mūlaṃ midaṃ jagat.’ The whole world is made of Manas. In this world made of Manas, the One whose form is Viṣṇu has taken on the form of the universe and pervades everything. This whole world of the moving and the unmoving is nothing but the form of Viṣṇu! To look at the universe and think, ‘I have not seen the universe,’ is foolishness.
