Passage 1

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

Whether one calls it Consciousness, or the knower of the field, or calls it Jñāna, or calls it the “I”, or calls it Īśvara, or on this earth Viṣṇu, or calls it Brahmā, or Ādiśakti, or calls it Ānanda, or the Supreme State, or calls it Prakṛti: the Ātma has many names. They call it the open void; they gave it no name. The one Ātma alone has all these names and forms.

The whole universe is full of Hari; Hari pervades the universe; there is no room for doubt; no substance that is not full of Hari, not one atom, is there on earth, if you look closely.

The grace of God alone is lasting Ānanda

Embodiments of Prema!

This whole world is full of Hari. Every human being desires Ānanda. He longs for a life full of Ānanda. However much he has studied, however many, however many positions he has held, however great an artist he may be, he goes on longing for Ānanda. To make this life full of Ānanda, man makes many efforts, from the moment he rises at dawn until he lies down at night. The culture of Bhārata and its tradition alike have been teaching this very Ānanda. But around every human being there are two screens, called the physical and the spiritual. Material out looks, spiritual out looks.
