In plain words
Listening, singing, remembering Viṣṇu, serving His feet, worship, salutation, service, friendship and the offering of the self.
They have likened these nine paths to ordinary Bhakti. But it is not ordinary. Everything is contained in it. In this all, one's own form too is present. All the devotees who attained the Paramātma followed this path and were fulfilled.
Now the second is Ananya Bhakti. That is, there is nothing else in the world other than God. With that faith, to believe everything to be the form of God.
The whole universe is filled with Hari; Hari fills the universe; is there any need for doubt? No substance that is not filled with Hari, not an atom, is there, if you look closely.
All things are the very form of Viṣṇu. The universe is the form of Viṣṇu. Ekaṃ sat viprā bahudhā vadanti. What is, is one alone. With this feeling, to remember Divinity and make one's life fulfilled: that is this Ananya Bhakti. Whatever you see is the form of God. Whatever you do is the service of God. Wherever you walk is a circling of God. Offering all actions to God to make one's birth fruitful: this Ananya Bhakti they held to be the Bhakti of one Self. But it is not so easy for everyone to achieve. They can say a crore. They will not do even one. You may say that God is all-pervading. That much is easy. To experience the all-pervading God is very hard. Devotees of Rāma are all over the world. But not a single one is to be seen who is fit for Rāma's love. Rā means the Ātma. Ma means the jīva. Rāma means the unity of the two: that is the true Rāma-tattva. The union of the jīva and the Ātma is the Rāma-tattva. Those who recognise this inner meaning and act on it are very rare today. In the same way, one can think that God is everywhere, that He is all-pervading, that He is all-knowing. But to experience it is hard. The one who does what he says is the true devotee. This is what they have called trikaraṇa śuddhi.
For the great, the mind is one, the word is one, the deed is one; for the wicked, the mind is other, the word other, the deed other.
God is everywhere. The one who recognises the things of God in all things is the ananya devotee.
Ekānta Bhakti. Antar bahiś ca tat sarvaṃ vyāpya nārāyaṇaḥ sthitaḥ. The one who has the deep faith that the Nārāyaṇa who pervades everywhere, the Nārāyaṇa who is outside, is the very one who is within me, is the ekānta devotee.
