In plain words

Think on God with understanding

Everything is God's work. That is why, whatever we do, Work will be transformed into worship. If there is no worship there, you cannot do even the work properly. You have office work. If you have no kind of worship towards office work, you will neglect the office work. Worship does not mean only worshipping God; you must worship work too. We must worship every work, every matter. Only then do we gain its fruit in full. If we do a piece of work without setting our mind on it, that work is spoiled. So we must offer worship to work. From daybreak until we lie down at night, every single task is worship. We eat for the sake of the stomach. That too is worship.

Brahman is the offering, Brahman the oblation, poured by Brahman into the fire that is Brahman; Brahman alone is reached by one who is absorbed in Brahman in all action.

All is an offering to Brahman. Without offering it to Brahman, how does the food you eat get digested? There, the One dwelling within:

Becoming Vaiśvānara, I dwell in the bodies of living beings; joined with prāṇa and apāna, I digest the four kinds of food.

I am there in your stomach as Vaiśvānara; I grind it well, as one grinds batter for iḍlis, and supply it to all the limbs, and so you are able to eat, go about and live content. Who is it that digests it within and supplies it? What effort are you making for this? You are doing nothing. The heart is beating. What effort of yours is there in this? That is the will of God. Ah! ‘How can it happen without my will?’ the egotist boasts. What effort of yours is there in your blood circulation? What effort of yours is there in your pulse? Nothing is yours. All is God's. That very God is making the heart beat. He brings oxygen into the lungs. He supplies the blood, cleansed with oxygen, to all the limbs. Import and export, He does both Himself. Without that Divinity within, you cannot do any work.
