In plain words

Like a dog with nothing to do, you run and roam about, panting; to stand in God's presence even for a moment, is it so very hard, O feet!

What use is it to have all these limbs? These must be used for Your service. Sūradāsa too said this very thing:

Though they had eyes, they were blind, and could not behold Your form that bestows all good.

O God! Are You saying You will give me eyes? I do not need eyes. How many are there without eyes? Have they all seen You?

Though they had ears, they were deaf, and could not listen to Your enchanting song.

The Paramātma is dwelling in your very heart. You are leaving Him aside. You wander about somewhere in the bazaar and enter saṃsāra in every way.

Do you know why you were given eyes? Was it to look at beauty!

Purandaradāsa too said this very thing.

What use are eyes! Eyes that do not see Rāma, what use are they! What use are eyes! What use is the sight of the eye! O Rāma!

All the limbs of the body are granted only so that they may be made worthwhile, not for leading you onto a crooked path, nor for entering a wrong path.
