In plain words
Man is he who is there at all times and in all states. For man there is no birth and no death. The body changes, but man has no change. ‘Naraḥ’ is another name that man has. ‘Raḥ’ means destruction. So nara is the embodiment of the Ātma, who is never destroyed. The Ātma has no changes of any kind. It has no joinings of any kind either. Why should man, who is such an embodiment of the Ātma, be afraid of death? Why swell up at pleasure? Why sink down at sorrow? All these are only worldly, mundane acts. All these are only negative acts. But man is positive. That is, he is true, he is eternal. Why does such a one follow things that are Asatya and transient? He swaggers that he is pursuing some great studies. But all these studies are bound to fade from sight after a while! They help only the mundane life. Along with this education you must recognise the principle of the Ātma, which is turned within. The power of the Ātma is itself divine power. There is no place at all without this divine power; not a single person is to be seen without this divine power. This very thing was called the Cosmic Divine. The scientists of today are doing a great deal of research. But what has come of that research? They are learning only of things transient and impermanent. You must try to recognise the divine power that is everywhere. For those who have recognised such oneness there are no troubles of any kind. All the divine power with which the whole world is filled is in a little finger too. But, deluded by forms and names, you doubt how such great power could be in a little finger, and by that you grow weak. Give up the delusion about forms and names, and recognise the divine power. Then you will gain strength beyond measure.
Embodiments of Prema! Prema is the very breath of life. There is nothing in this world that cannot be achieved by Prema.
By what power of Prema does this wheel of the earth keep turning with no axle? By what power of Prema do all the stars, never dropping to the ground, stay in the sky? By what power of Prema, so as not to fall upon this earth, did the lord of the ocean draw in his feet? By what power of Prema, for the fourteen worlds, did the god of the wind wave his fans? That great power of Prema is the power of the Ātma, a power wondrous, endless, without a second; it fills the whole vessel of the cosmos; this whole great creation is full of Prema!
