In plain words

By what power of Prema does this wheel of the earth keep turning without an axle? By what power of Prema do all the stars stay in the sky without falling to the ground? By what power of Prema, so as not to fall upon this earth, did the lord of the ocean draw in his feet? By what power of Prema are the fourteen worlds fanned by the god of the wind? That power of Prema is the power of the Ātma, a wondrous, endless power without a second; it fills the whole vessel of the cosmos; this whole great creation is filled with Prema!

Whether you say Prema, or Satya, or ‘I’, all are divine names of God! God says of Himself, “Ahaṃ brahmāsmi”, “I am Brahman.” He gives no other name.

From Satya He created all; in Satya all creation dissolves; where can a place be found without the glory of Satya? This is pure sattva: behold it!

So God is the cause of every action and every event that takes place in the world.
