In plain words
For empty men who lack purity of citta, how, I wonder, could the truth of the Ātma ever be gained? The truth of the Ātma comes only to a Buddhi of utmost purity: this is the plain truth I am telling you.
Everything lies within purity of citta alone. This is a ball of flowers. To look at, it seems to be just one single flower. But many flowers have come together in it. In the same way, individuals are separate, but the whole world is one! For this world, the five elements are the chief measures. This world is nothing but all of us joined together. Like the flowers in the flower ball, all must become one. All are one. There is no distinction at all such as ‘You are a jīva, I am God’. ‘I, you, all of us are one.’ You regard such oneness as separateness.
Embodiments of Prema! What dwells in everyone is one and the same Prema. But this Prema takes on many forms according to each person's mind, state and course. A little child they call ‘baby’. When she has grown up, they call her ‘girl’. After her marriage they call her ‘daughter-in-law’. When children are born to her, they call her ‘mother’. After some years have passed, they call her ‘grandmother’. The person called by all these names is but one, is she not! In just the same way, all in this world are one. “All are one, be alike to everyone”, taught Jesus. We must love everyone. We must draw everyone close to us. That is My way! But some do not accept this. That is only the difference in each one's level! It is merely the reflection of each one's own feelings! Baba takes on many forms only in keeping with your feelings.
