In plain words
With the crescent moon gleaming on His crown, with His lovely matted locks that gleam, with the shimmer of the sky's river flowing through those locks, with the glorious eye upon His brow, with a throat as dark as the dark nēreḍu fruit, with the serpent bangle on His wrist, with the serpent's skin wound about His waist, with the holy ash that glows over all His body, with the broad kuṅkuma mark drawn upon His forehead, with lips red with tāmbūla, grown lovely in the six śāstras, outshining the dark water lilies with His laughter, with a body of gleaming dusky hue: He who dwells in Parti has appeared in person today.
