। ॥ २ ॥

In plain words

This world lay at first within him the way a sprout lies inside a seed — utterly nirvikalpa. Then Māyā set to work, fashioning the manifold reckoning of space and time, and the world took on all its variety. He alone unfolds it, at will, the way a magician does — or a great Yogī. To him, the very form the Guru takes, I offer this bow — to Śrī Dakṣiṇāmūrti.

Close to the Sanskrit

Like a sprout within a seed, this world, at first nirvikalpa, then made variegated by the manifold reckoning of space and time fabricated by Māyā — he who, like a magician or even a great Yogī, causes it to unfold by his own will: to him, to the revered form of the Guru, this bow, to Śrī Dakṣiṇāmūrti.
