In plain words
Śānti has vanished, Satya has grown scarce, the force of weapons has grown greater; the cause of these calamities is selfishness alone; the path of Satya is Sai's word.
The honour of a nation rests on morality; a nation without morality is ruined; a nation with morality is a true nation indeed: listen, heroic son of Bhārata!
Embodiments of Prema!
The honour and dignity of mankind rest on humanness joined with morality and integrity. The culture of mankind is very ancient. The chief aim of the culture of Bhārata rests on the saying ‘Let your mother be God to you, let your father be God to you, let your teacher be God to you, let your guest be God to you.’ All of you too are equal to God! Only he who honours this and offers fitting gratitude to all of these is a human being. A man without gratitude is no man at all. From time without beginning, the culture of Bhārata has been a divine culture that carried divine spiritual practice and teaching to other lands.
The culture of Bhārata is what makes us recognise the unity in the many
The culture of Bhārata has always taught that for every action man does there is a reaction. So man must do good deeds, develop good feelings, and make the effort it takes to lead a good life.
