In plain words

In childhood, keeping company with many, he is one with games and songs; when youth blooms, like the god whose bow is of flowers, he goes about infatuated with women; in middle age, sunk in the things of this world, he is bent on amassing wealth; when old age comes, without thinking of Murahari, he pines that this and that are lacking; unable to give up his many vices, with no wish to seek the path of Bhakti, he falls into the mire of karma and crawls about in it; man mixes his birth into the dust.

If you go on spending time in this way, laying it waste, will your birth find its fulfilment? Why pass all your time idly? Time that has gone by will not come again; open your eyes and see, at least now!

Students, embodiments of Prema! Girl students!

Childhood in games and songs, youth in sensual desires, middle age in amassing wealth... When you have wasted the whole of your time in this way, what will become of you hereafter? What will your state be? For what purpose did God give human birth? At least now, open your eyes and think, above all, of what lies ahead.
