In plain words
The culture of Bhārata spread and taught the principle that the Ātma-principle in all beings is one; to call that culture foolishness: there is no greater foolishness than this. Social Dharma is not to be found in any country. In whatever country you look, they have gone on regarding people as so many separate tribes. But the people of Bhārata alone have gone on teaching the world the unity that lies in diversity. They developed this very thing in our land of Bhārata from ancient times, gave this spiritual wealth to other countries, and went on bringing about much peace and security. In the social world, in this sacred land, in the divine feeling, in the new age, this sacred history is not to be forgotten. The great and broad-hearted understand this, but to those of narrow intellect it looks only foolish. Where is the place without God? What is the object without God? All is God's. Aṇoraṇoyān mahato mahīyān. By these atoms coming together it forms into a mass. What scientist will come forward to say that the Divinity in every atom is not there? One who says the atom is not God is no scientist at all. All things shine as the very form of atoms. That is why Rāmadās went on singing that wherever you look it is God. No principle other than the Rāma-principle is found in the world. All is full of Rāma; this whole world is full of Rāma. Every object is one that protects us. But because today's system of education makes its efforts along many perverse paths, they go on forgetting Divinity.
Today's studies are all studies for a living only; they do not develop Buddhi, they do not make Jñāna blossom.
The fear of sin is gone; evil deeds on earth have become the custom; Bhakti for the Lord of Śrī is gone; deeds without end, beyond telling, have befallen the world. That refuge of the world of ascetics, the Lord of Śrī: contemplation of His Name alone brings happiness, O man!
"I have read the books, I have looked through all the śāstras, I have learned learning without equal," you say: why this pride? With your two hands joined, you cannot worship the Paramātma with Bhakti through this present learning; it is all useless on earth, is it not, O man?
All of today's learning is failing to provide even a mere living.
