In plain words
We must call to mind, to some extent, the divinity of the Creator.
Today mothers are showing the way even on the spiritual path
Today they neglect the feelings that concern women. They look on women as servants who work in the kitchen. No, no. They may study; they may take up jobs. They may develop their intellect. But the mother must take care not to forget the home and must set it in order.
If the young women all go off to do jobs, who are the women to stay at home? If husband and wife both go off to their offices, who is the housewife to set the home in order? If they go off to school to teach other people's children, who are the young women to teach their own children? If they take up books and go off like the men, who is the woman to work in the kitchen? Though the hardship of having no money is ended, how will the want within the home be ended? If you look for happiness, it comes to nothing, does it not, ever, for the woman who holds a post.
First of all she must try to teach her own children, and only then teach others. Mothers are taking the lead in everything. Even on the spiritual path it is mothers who are showing the way. Mothers alone are the cause of every sacred work. You must never forget such mothers. To demonstrate this spiritual path, on every birthday I used to go to the samādhi of the parents of this body.
