పట్టినదేదియో పట్టనే పట్టితిపట్టునెగ్గెడుదాక అట్టెయుండుకోరినదేదియో కోరనే కోరితికోర్కె చెల్లెడుదాక కొలచియుండుఅడిగినదేదియో అడగనే అడిగితివడిగినదిడుదాక విడువకుండుతలచినదేదియో తలచనే తలచితితలపు తీరెడుదాక తరలకుండుపోరు పడలేక తానైన బ్రోవవలయుఒడలు తెలియక నీవైన ఉడుగవలయుఅంతియేగాని మధ్యలో ఆపివేసితిరిగి పోవుట భక్తుని దీక్షకాదు.

Whatever I have taken hold of, I have held it fast, and I stay so until the hold wins through; whatever I have longed for, I have longed for it truly, and I go on worshipping until the longing is fulfilled; whatever I have asked for, I have asked for it truly, and I do not let go until what I asked is given; whatever I have set my mind on, I have set it there truly, and I do not move until the thought is fulfilled; either He, unable to bear my pleading, must save me, or you, losing all sense of the body, must fall still; that and nothing else; to stop halfway and turn back is not the devotee's vow.
