Students! You have long lives to live. Enter the spiritual path from now on. Do not put it off, thinking you will see to it once old age has come. Start early, drive slowly, reach safely. From this age on you must be careful. If you misuse your time at this age, this chance will not come your way again; it will not be yours. What must be known must be known at this very age. Otherwise, when will you ever know it?
Beauty, youth, the strength of the senses: do not strut because you have them, brother! There lies ahead, and soon, the crocodiles' feast called old age. You cannot move about, the eyes grow dim, on the face wrinkles have come, the head has turned grey; when little children call you an old monkey and snigger at you, you snap at them, puppet! Tai tai tai tai tai, puppet! See the fun of it, leather puppet!
No one can say at what moment the state of this body will change, or how. So attachment to the body must be given up. Yet you must see that the body does not fall under another's control; keep it under your own. Who are you? Embodiments of the Ātma. ‘I’ is itself the Ātma. So the body must be placed under the Ātma. The ‘I’ in everyone is one. “Who is Rāmayya?”
