In plain words
If we see evil, those things go on painting themselves into our heart. So let us go on seeing the good, go on hearing the good, go on thinking the good, go on speaking the good. This itself is the goal of human life.
See no evil, see what is good, Talk no evil, talk what is good Hear no evil, hear what is good Think no evil, think what is good Do no evil, do what is good This is the way to GOD.
Without our following things such as these, it is always bad sight, bad hearing, bad words, bad thoughts, bad deeds. When, then, are we to cross over? These are what the Buddha taught: samyak dṛṣṭi, samyak śravaṇa, samyak bhāva, samyak vāk, samyak kriyā; if through these five we make the five senses fulfil their purpose, there is no other Mokṣa beyond this. This itself is the sacred Nirvāṇa. What does this Nirvāṇa mean? It is nothing but the head becoming absorbed in Śānti of the mind. What is Śānti of the mind? What is of the mind is not peace. What is of the mind is pieces, pieces, pieces. Śānti of the hṛdaya: the heart within this hṛdaya is something different. This is called the physical heart. This should not be called the hṛdaya. Hṛdaya is a special name. Hṛt + daya = hṛdaya. That which is Compassion is the hṛdaya. Our heart must always be full of kindness, full of compassion, full of Prema. Only then will your heart enter upon the sacred path.
All Human Beings Are Truly Brothers
Embodiments of Prema! The Paramātma dwells in us ourselves, always, as the embodiment of Prema. There is nothing else greater than our Prema. ‘Prema alone is God; God alone is Prema.’
