In plain words
Satya Itself Is the Mother
Embodiments of Prema! We must recognise our mother and father. Without mother and father, you would not be. The mother called Satya is the very mother of you, of Me, of all.
From Satya everything was created; in Satya all creation sinks back; search, and what place is there without the glory of Satya? This is pure Satya: see it, sirs.
It is from Satya alone that everything is being created. Is this Satya, the mother of all, not a mother to you too? This is the eternal form of Satya. The immortal form of the mother. To gain such an immortal mother is man's great good fortune. But today men have lost so sacred a mother, Satya. Today we have lost the Satya that was everywhere. So worshipping Satya, this mother, is itself what is special in today's worship. We think of these Navarātris as the Devī Navarātris, and of Devī as the mother. What does Devī mean? Satya itself is Devī. That Devī's name is the embodiment of Satya. Every human being must live recognising Satya. You must not let go of Satya. Separation from the mother is very hard to bear. So when we follow this Satya without letting go of Satya, every kind of kinship comes to us. It is this very Satya that the Veda has taught. In this world there are those who have chanted the Veda. There are those who have studied all the śāstras. But today all these are taking the wrong road. Only when they follow the right road can these Vedas and śāstras show forth true Dharma.
The Search for Satya
From time without beginning, many great ṛṣis and great souls have carried on sādhana for the sake of this search for Satya.
