In plain words
Out of Satya all was created; into Satya the whole creation subsides; where is a place, if you look, without the glory of Satya? This itself is pure sattva; behold it!
Only those who know this are true yogīs. Every being that lives in this world has come forth from Satya itself! Without Satya nothing happens. That Satya is with One alone … It is with this ‘Satyam’ alone (saying this, Bhagavān created a golden liṅga with a wave of His divine hand): ‘This itself is pure sattva; behold it!’ This is pure sattva. Can anyone else demonstrate this pure sattva? Wherever you look, Satya is there. When you think of Satya, when you contemplate Satya, it springs up in you too. So keep remembering Satya without a break.
Why did they give this body the name ‘Sathya Sai’? Satya alone springs forth from this Sai. Whoever keeps thinking of Satya in the heart, in them ‘Satyam’ is present. We must never forget Satya. Dharma is nothing but the reflection, the echo and the reaction of Satya. ‘There is no Dharma higher than Satya.’ We are learning so many kinds of learning for the world. But such study is not true learning. True learning, if you ask what it is, is the very Satya that springs from the heart! What is the form of Satya? What is the form of Dharma? (What form has Dharma?) What is the form of Śānti? All these are formless. They lie latent within our own heart; we must bring them out.
