In plain words

This is a cloth made of many threads. Because all the threads are joined, it is very strong. If you take each thread out separately, you can snap it with your fingers. Develop moral values; enter the path of Dharma

The body is made of the five elements; the body must fall some day; the indweller is free of all ill; consider it, and for the indweller birth and death, the marks of the fetters of moha, are not there; see it truly: that indweller is the God of gods, the very Ātma, if you weigh it in your mind!

For there is no spiritual education at all. Without a spiritual foundation, how can this building stand? So: self confidence foundation, self satisfaction wall, self sacrifice roof, self realisation life. So we must stand on self confidence. Self confidence is the spiritual.
